I’m Anne, founder of Winni Escapes.
With a background in design and a heart for hospitality, I’ve been hosting our own vacation homes for 15 years. We began stewarding other homes in 2022 and believe true luxury is found in thoughtful design, seamless management and a sense of place that invites comfort, style and adventure.
We partner with homeowners who value both the investment and the heart behind their property. Through strategic pricing, multi-platform distribution and market analysis, our systems are built to protect your property and optimize your returns. We run the numbers because the numbers matter.

As Operations & Guest Experience, Daiana brings a thoughtful blend of organization, technology, and genuine care to the Winni Escapes experience. With a love for nature, adventure, and discovering the details that make a place special, she is passionate about helping every guest feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the Lakes Region.
Behind the scenes, she helps fine-tune our operations, strengthen communication, and look for ways to make each stay feel seamless and personal. She especially enjoys recommending experiences, local gems, and thoughtful touches that can turn a beautiful stay into lasting memories.
With a natural eye for both the big picture and the little details, Daiana helps connect our team, our systems, and our guests with warmth, creativity, and a genuine commitment to making every stay something to remember.
